Hi Dave - Just want to say Thank you very much for your consideration during
this project. We are very pleased with everything and want to tell you that you
can use us for a reference should anyone wish to talk to your past clients.
We also believe that your discovery last week has lead to the resolution of the
odor problem we have had since we moved here. That is a biggy!!!!! We will let
things sit for a while just to make sure all is well. Once we are sure that the
odor is gone permanently, we will give you a call. Let us know how much it would
cost to rebuild the inside of the cabinet to also include a panel on the side to
access that pipe along the wall all the way up and a removable floor to access
that cesspool cleanout pipe.
We will still have projects coming up (painting the deck, building a porch
underneath, flagstone work on the outside etc etc) and look forward to working
with you again.
